Sofiane Emeline Sinkam Nana

Sofiane is currently a graduate student in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Action at Université Laval, where she previously completed a master’s degree in Food Security with a focus on gender inequality.Her academic and professional background has allowed her to hold several positions, most recently as a volunteer cooperant with Alinea International, where she served as a Project Officer for the RAMSAR program. In this role, she worked in wetland regions to support rural women’s empowerment and improve food security.

At MCM, Sofiane supports the design, funding, and monitoring of programs, including the legal clinic and initiatives for low‑income families, refugees, and immigrants.

Passionate about gender equality and migrants’ rights, she focuses on building partnerships, developing fundraising strategies, and contributing to impact‑driven projects.
