As a civilian Veteran for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (35 years in Operational support), Paul’s first Francophonie Summit’s participation was in Quebec City, in which Paul’s expertise contributed on the ground to five subsequent Francophonie Summits in Western Africa and Middle East plus one Francophonie Games held in Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Paul took a nine-month sabbatical to prepare and to be on the ground while assisting sixteen francophone countries (western and central Africa) plus two in Asia (Year 2000 computer bug).
Paul graduated as a neutral mediator from the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, then served a two-year term on their board.
Paul’s short-term mandates are fundraising activities for our MCM 2025 “Resonance” conference on spirituality in a secular world and to collaborate with our MCM Solidarity Dialogue project.
